I drove a reliance on user-centric methods that directly led to revelations in jobs being done, latent industry and user needs, as well as potential business models while visualizing solutions that inspired C-suite sponsors. We launched an entirely new business vertical and empowered it to run as an intrapreneurial start-up: evolving from a research initiative to a revenue generating operation inside 11-months.

I advocated for design at the highest levels from initiative-start through execution to maintain traceability and direct linkages from production outcomes back to the original user needs.
